All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. 

Shipping is domestic within Germany; international shipping charges and delivery times will be displayed

at checkout once available.


To keep our base shipping costs affordable, we use standard DPD service to deliver your order to the nearest pickup point depending on your location. If you prefer direct home delivery, please upgrade to DPD Classic at checkout for an additional €4.40.

If you have concerns or special delivery needs, please feel free to contact us anytime.

Because our books include an online preview before purchase, standard returns for “change of mind” are not accepted.

However, if you receive a book with manufacturing defects (e.g., missing pages, incorrect item), wear/tear of the books,

please don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a 

replacement.
